July - October 2026Designing for Connection
AboutWork Made Well, in collaboration with Connected Hubs, is offering a pilot programme, Designing for Connection. Over 15 weeks, hub managers will explore tools to audit their space, make design updates, and measure the difference it makes for their members. This is not a lecture series. It is a structured, hands-on programme built around your hub, your members, and what is actually achievable within your constraints.

During this in-person kick off session, we will explore a hub through the lens of the member experience. Following this, we will have an in-depth tour of the space, reviewing the evidence based design decisions that were integrated into the hub design, and explore what elements could translate to other hub spaces.
